As Director of Editorial for Netflix is a Joke, I led Netflix’s comedy brand across all social channels, setting strategy and establishing voice and tone, creating content with comedy’s top talent.
Oversaw creative for all editorial and content marketing for Netflix is a Joke: The Festival, translating hundreds of in-person comedy shows into one cohesive festival online.
A signature feature throughout the fest’s run was “Last From Last Night,” where we coupled highlights from shows with intimate backstage moments. Combined with the always-on coverage on Instagram and Twitter, we accomplished the broader goal of the festival, which was to rebrand Netflix is a Joke and cement its place in the comedy world.
